01

Who we are

Tsirko is a trading name of ALIENTECH LTD, a private limited company registered in Cyprus under company number HE 353383, with VAT number CY10353383S.

Our registered office is 7 Thiseos, 2042 Strovolos, Nicosia, Cyprus. For data protection questions, email hello@tsirko.com.

02

Data we collect

We collect only the information needed to answer enquiries, prepare quotes, deliver projects, take payment and meet our legal obligations. This may include:

  • Your name, work email, telephone number, company and job role.
  • The information you include in emails, briefs, feedback and other project communications.
  • App links, demo-account details, screen content and assets you choose to provide for a video.
  • Billing details, VAT information, invoice records, payment status and transaction references.
  • Basic technical and security data, such as IP address, browser information and server request logs.

Briefs submitted through the website form are stored on our hosting server and forwarded to our business email so we can answer the enquiry.

Please use a limited demo account where possible and remove real customer or employee data before giving us access to an app.

03

How and why we use it

We process personal data for the following purposes and legal bases:

  • Enquiries and quotes: to respond to you and take steps before entering into a contract.
  • Project delivery: to create, review and deliver the work you ordered under our contract with you.
  • Billing and records: to issue invoices, record payments and comply with tax, accounting and other legal duties.
  • Security and support: to protect our systems, prevent misuse and resolve problems based on our legitimate interests.
  • Marketing: only where you have asked for it or where another lawful basis clearly applies. You can opt out at any time.

We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.

04

Payments through Stripe

Invoices and payment links may be hosted and processed by Stripe. Payment-card details are entered directly on Stripe’s pages. Tsirko does not receive or store your full card number or card security code.

We receive the customer, billing, transaction and payment-status information needed to manage the order and our records. Stripe may process information under its own Privacy Policy.

05

Who receives data

We share personal data only where necessary with service providers that help us operate, such as Stripe, email, hosting, storage and production providers. We may also share it with accountants, legal advisers, regulators or public authorities where required.

Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, we rely on an adequacy decision, approved contractual safeguards or another lawful transfer mechanism.

06

How long we keep it

  • Enquiries that do not become projects are normally kept for up to 24 months after the last contact.
  • Contracts, invoices and payment records are kept for the period required by applicable tax, accounting and legal rules.
  • Project files and temporary app access are kept while the project and agreed revision period are active, then removed or anonymised when no longer needed.
  • Security and server logs are kept for a limited period based on operational and security needs.

You should revoke any demo credentials you gave us when the project is complete.

07

How we protect data

We use HTTPS, restricted access and service providers designed to protect data in transit and at rest. No method is completely risk-free, so please avoid sending production passwords or unnecessary personal data by email.

08

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may ask us to provide access to your personal data, correct it, delete it, restrict its use, transfer it or stop certain processing. You may also object where we rely on legitimate interests and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

Email hello@tsirko.com to make a request. We may need to verify your identity first. You can also complain to the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus.

09

Cookies, video plays and download clicks

The current Tsirko website does not use advertising, analytics or preference cookies. Our hosting provider may process basic request data needed to deliver and secure the site.

When you press play on a showcase, the site sends the video identifier to our own server. On a personal gift page, we also record the first start of video playback and clicks on MP4 or captions downloads, with the page and video identifiers. The event fields do not include your name or email address.

These cookie-free events appear in our standard request logs alongside basic technical data such as IP address, browser information and request time. We use aggregate counts per page to understand whether the samples are played and whether download links are used. We do not use them for cross-site tracking or profiling. A playback start does not establish that the whole video was watched, and a download click does not establish that the file was saved.

If we add non-essential cookies or similar tracking in the future, we will update this policy and ask for consent where required.

10

Changes and contact

We may update this policy when our services or legal duties change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
